Log-on:
IC must call the log-on desk  (1-866-489-2348) and give the supervisor their ID# and phone number and company name (Work at Home Solutions) .
At this time they will be logged on and calls will be directed to them.

Log-Off:
When IC is done working they MUST call the log-off desk to be removed from the board.  You will have to give your ID# again to be logged off.

1st Ring:
All calls must be answered on the first ring.

Whisper Tone:
Upon answering the phone the system will send the IC a whisper Tone This is a recorded message describing the type of call that is being sent. Once they have heard the whisper tone they MUST push 1 to connect to the caller.

Connecting to call:
IC MUST push 1 on her phone to connect to the caller.

Hold Time:
The object is to give each caller a friendly and complete call. The longer each call last the better. This position requires that you maintain a 6 or better hold time. Which is your talk time divided by number of call's (yes, hang ups are included).

Disconnecting calls:
Upon completion of each call the IC MUST hit the Star (**) key twice (2-times) to properly disconnect the call.  If you forget
that is ok, But the sooner you hit ** the quicker the calls will come in.

The Service:
If the board needs additional ICs to log-on they will contact the ICs directly. The will identify themselves as The Service They will also leave a message as "The Service", but will not leave a telephone number or any other information.

Minors:
Calls with MINORS must be immediately disconnected.

Flagging:
This is the term used when a call is sent to an IC and the phone is not answered. If this occurs the system pulls the call back and FLAGS that IC as missing the call. This MUST NOT happen. This equals a lost call and angry client.

Call Waiting / Privacy Detector / etc:
Any additional options offered by the Phone Company must be removed from the phone before  logged onto the service. If you are found to have any of these options you will be suspended.

Requesting an IC:
IC may give out their extension number for repeat calls. Callers have an option to choose the ICs they would like to speak to.

Personal Information:
Must NEVER be given out. Also, any additional numbers to call etcIf this occurs all agreements will become void.
