1. Relationship
Independent Contractor herein refers as to IC, enters into this agreement as, and shall always remain as an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall contractor look to company as his/her employer, partners or other relationship is created or intended to be created by this agreement for any purpose, therefore the IC services can be terminated without notice by Work at Home Solutions at any time. In addition IC agrees to pay for all the necessary equipment (ie, phone, internet, supplies, headset, books) for this position.
2. Confidentiality and Ownership
Contractor recognizes and acknowledges that the Company possesses certain confidential information that constitutes a valuable, special and unique assets.
3. Compliance with Laws
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws within the IC, State of residence. Work at Home Solutions will not be responsible for the actions of the IC at any time.
4. Services
IC shall perform the following services for Work at Home Solutions.
(a) Must log into system explained in the Guidelines.
Participate in "G" rated, Credit Card and Date line chat.
(b) Must take 35 calls a week.
(c) Must maintain at least a 6% daily hold time.
5. Compensation Schedule
(a) Pay is weekly
(b) Pay periods are Monday at 12 am est. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m est.
(c) Checks are mailed out on Tuesday's from Utah, from our parent company Angelic Eye. It will take 2 weeks for your first check to be processed.
(d) You are paid from the calculations from the networks and not according to the IC's calculations.
(e) There will be a $20 fee charged if at any time the IC requests a stop payment on a payroll check.
(f) IC's understand they must work at least 60 minutes a week to be cut a check.
(g) At all times IC understand that they are paid per "talk minute".
(h) IC understands that they must send in a copy of their Social Security, Drivers License or other photo id and a W9 before their first paycheck can be issued. IC will fax in clear copies of identification.
(I) We are not responsible for the US mail, you must wait 5 business days before you can contact us regarding your check.
Pay
35 calls with a 15 minute average 14/hr. (or .234 per minute)
35 calls with a 9 minute average 9/hr. (or .15 per minute)
Less then a 9 minute average 6/hr. (or .10 per minute)
Less then 6 minute average 5/hr (or .084 a minute) and contract being terminated.

6. Taxes
IC's fully understand that at no time will Work at Home Solutions take taxes out of the IC's checks and taxes are the responsibility of the IC. The IC releases Work at Home Solutions, Corp. and all of it's affiliates from the liability and or obligation of paying and/ or withholding and Federal, State, City , Local and FICA, payroll or other similar taxes. IC agrees and understands that all amounts paid to them will be reported to the IRS at the end of each year for which the IC will receive a 1099 for, if the earnings exceed $600.
7. Agreement
The terms of this agreement shall remain in effect as long as the IC is contracted through Work at Home Solutions. The IC is in agreement that the contract may be terminated without cause simply by notifying the company of my interest in doing so, via e-mail or US Mail.
8. Amendments
This agreement may be amended at any time, via e-mail or US Mail to the IC. At that time Work at Home Solutions, will request a new contract to be signed and faxed within 7 business days. If the IC continues to work after being notified of changes in the contract, then both parties is under the agreement that the IC fully understands the new contract and has continued to work under the new contract.
9. Term
This contract shall remain in effect and will expire on December 29, 2004. Whereupon a new contract will have to be signed and faxed in. IC agrees to send in a W9, yearly on or about January 1st.
